So it was out of my head (I played AC/DC’s Thunderstruck on repeat) until a member of the media pointed out to me that there’s a four-legged athlete competing this weekend with that name. And it’s back.

240 high schools contributed to the 257 players selected in last week’s NFL Draft. 39 states had at least one player selected. Here’s a breakdown via @nfl345.

Day 3 features pick announcements from here in Pittsburgh and around the world. Kevin Boothe is a senior director for the NFL management council, and a former Raider and two-time Super Bowl champ with the Giants. He thinks fans here are saying his last name when he comes out.

A fun crisp round one last night which lasted 2 hours and 53 minutes. The move from a limit of 10 minutes to 8 for clubs to pick appeared to have worked. The first round in Goodell’s first draft in 2007 lasted 6 hours and 8 minutes, more than double the length of last night.
