@AllstatePP Extremely disappointed with the service. Sofa with minor issues was made absolutely unusable by YOUR technicians over last 6 months . Despite multiple complaints, tickets keep getting closed without any resolution or response. I have longer list of issues now.

Hey @nfmtweets ... can someone from customer service please help? I bought a washing machine on April 1 & we paid for your installation. The unit leaked constantly for 2 weeks and created maybe $30k to $40k worth of damage and mold.

My dad has been at @nfmtweets for over two hours WAITING for them to finally help him get a replacement stove because the one they have now has been leaking gas. Twice since Feb, it's needed to be fixed. They even asked my dad not to sue them bc of the lgas issue! But, now...

@nfmtweets Dallas nfm location deals the worst customer service process. Never I've got out of it within 20 mins. The line shows 6-8 members. But i don't know what they deal with behind the computers. But each customer is handled min 15-20mins. This is not a single instance #nfm
