Today I watched my best friend and now Doctor of Philosophy Binning graduate from Glasgow Caledonian University. Through the depths of grief she has continued to be the best wife, mum and friend. Pride beyond words of a magnificent human being. @jodiahpaa @CaledonianNews

Team 14 received an interactive Road Safety session yesterday at @NlandFRS, which involved 2 team members participating as casualties in a RTC. An outstanding session, expertly delivered by one of our crews. @N_landCouncil @PrincesTrust

Team 14 conducted their Community Project this week; de-weeding a section of the Community Garden at @NlandFRS. They also planted ferns and bedding plants around one of the seating areas. We are eternally grateful to the team for their efforts. #princestrust #communityproject

Team 14 enjoyed their residential in the Lake District where they took part in hiking, archery, canoeing, abseiling and ghyll-scrambling. A great opportunity to gel as a group. If you are 16-25 and unemployed, get in touch to see what the programme can do for you. @NlandFRS

Team 13 supported the Elderberries group at Alnwick Garden by making personalised, hand-crafted Easter cards. The group was rewarded for their efforts with an excellent guided tour of the Poison Garden. @NlandFRS #princestrust #team
