@TheResellerHub @_matt_1 Love having leads to shop from when I wake up every morning, but try not to get too comfy. Still do my own OA and RA sourcing where possible and VA pool with a friend. The market is becoming more competitive. Diversification is key.

@NFTLindsay @_matt_1 I stopped my VA from storefront sourcing since day 1, always been awful method for tanking! Better results with manual, but even teaching the VA new methods.. somehow vast majority of the deals just tank

@TheResellerHub @_matt_1 I noticed the same with my VA. Started tracking sourcing method and noticed most "storefront sourced" leads were jumped on at the same time. Have since focused on manual sourcing with much better results. Still not perfect, but getting there.

@_matt_1 To an extent yeah, higher percentage of self found deals hold more stable than what’s found via VAs… Unsure if deals being shared or just websites but will get to the bottom of it.. Just coincidental that VA deals offer count spikes shortly after being put on the deal sheet🤔
