@TVolscho @kbriquelet @JohnnyVedmore Singapore was a non-permanent member of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1441 and the United States–Singapore Free Trade Agreement, signed 6 May 2003, could be considered as a reward for Singapore's support of the Iraq invasion. x.com/NFTethics/stat…

22/ We checked the dates of the 2001-2003 Clinton-Epstein flights to see where Clinton was on those days & also checked Alastair Campbell’s diaries. They indicate Clinton was likely on a tour to get support for the war in Iraq. Epstein’s trip to Cuba (Black Spring) is noteworthy.

People will tell you MIT's involvement with Bitcoin funding is old news. Is this old news to you? Is it old news that Brock Pierce met Epstein in 2011 and started advising him on crypto? Is it old news that Epstein directly funded the Digital Currency Initiative and Bitcoin core devs? Is it old news that Brock Pierce is CURRENTLY the Chair of the Bitcoin Foundation? Almost no one knows this truth. I know because I've given talks in 27 states and 4 countries, written a book, and published multiple articles exposing these connections. The Bitcoin Foundation must be investigated. Now. I've uploaded all DOJ files and recent House files on Epstein to technocracyatlas.com. Search them yourself with our free chatbot. By Thursday, I'll launch an initial graph database mapping Epstein's Bitcoin connections. The propaganda stops here. The censorship by Bitcoin maxis ends now. When the truth about this hijacked asset fully emerges, the facade will crumble.

1/ This is a thread about Jeffrey Epstein and 13 ways he was connected to an interrelated network of people that created the foundations of today’s crypto space. This could indicate that the crypto ecosystem after 2013 (or even earlier) was part of an intelligence operation. 🧵

@_whitneywebb @markgoodw_in This thread covers many of the same players, which shows a seemingly deep entanglement of crypto with (corrupt) governments, Wall Street, intelligence agencies, organized crime and some of the major financial scandals such as Wirecard & 1MDB. x.com/NFTethics/stat…
NFT Ethics@NFTethics

1/ This thread shows there are deep connections between NFTs/crypto, Goldman Sachs, controversial financiers/investors, and some of the major FIAT frauds and financial scandals over the last years (e.g. Wirecard, 1MDB) that cannot be explained by mere coincidence. A thread. 🧵

***NEW INVESTIGATION*** How oligarchs took on the UK fraud squad - and won. I’ve been working on this story for 15 years. It goes from South Africa to Moscow via the London Stock Exchange. Now new documents illuminate a case that has rewritten UK law and is set to end with a huge bill handed to taxpayers. theguardian.com/news/2024/sep/…

@bdanweiss @verge A long overdue (first) investigation into OpenSea. That they knew that this article was coming and decided to front run it to play the sympathy card, should tell us that there is likely a lot more to uncover, e.g.: x.com/NFTethics/stat…

1/ Dear @OpenSea, what do you think of the fact that your Head of Ventures, Kevin Pawlak, has been involved in various very dubious business dealings (e.g. Anubis) and pump & dump schemes under his pseudonymous identity @0xSisyphus (& 0xMagellan)?

“Freedom of speech!” says the influencer, who has only ever used this privilege to spread (paid) lies and lives in Dubai where it’s not permitted to be in any way critical of the government, police and royal families. “Freedom of speech!” says the podcaster, who blocks everyone who criticizes him. “Freedom of speech!” says the billionaire, who sues everyone that gets in his way. “Freedom of speech!” says the lawyer who (ab)uses attorney–client privilege for all sorts of dubious activities (on behalf of clients). “Freedom of speech!” says the venture capitalist, who is completely bankrolled by countries where there is no free speech at all. “Freedom of speech!” says the businessman, who made sure that non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreements won’t ever reveal anything incriminating about any of his activities. “Freedom of speech!” says the accountant, who makes his money negotiating confidential deals and advising clients to store their money in secret offshore tax havens. “Freedom of speech!” says the banker who knows that bank secrecy will protect him from any wrongdoing. “Freedom of speech!” says the migrant who arrived from a country with no free speech at all that he still supports and doesn’t dare to criticize. “Freedom of speech!” says the religious fanatic, who doesn’t allow any criticism on his religion, even though the right to practice it is based on the exact same First Amendment. “Freedom of speech!” says the criminal who threatened eyewitnesses and accomplices with murder if they testify about his illegal and illicit activities which were possible because of the freedoms that he was allowed. “Freedom of speech!” says the terrorist whose harmful actions were possible because of the freedom that he was granted, thereby undermining the very foundation of freedom itself. “Freedom of speech!” says the dictator who has killed every opposition member that posed a threat to him. “Freedom of speech!” says the government that has classified every document that really matters. The meta-patterns of power & pretense are generally very predictable & universal.

@JohnsonThought1 Related question is whether the Edge Foundation could be viewed as a continuation of Maxwell's activities at Pergamon Press. Jeffrey Epstein was its largest financial donor and likely an intelligence asset with deep ties to the military-industrial complex: x.com/NFTethics/stat…

@tomrobin This thread might provide further context. It connects Alexander Vinnik to FSB-linked Semion Mogilevich, “the boss of all bosses” of the Russian mafia and the most powerful/dangerous gangster in the world. His lawyer was former FBI director W. Sessions. x.com/NFTethics/stat…

Very interesting that Alexander Vinnik, operator of the BTC-e crypto exchange, was likely one of the people returned to Russia in yesterday's prisoner swap: 1/x

@izakaminska It's worth noting that the U.S. High-Frequency Trading (HFT) industry was largely built by Russians. The below 3 excerpts are from Michael Lewis' book "Flash Boys: A Wall Street Revolt".

As an addendum to this thread - worth thinking about all the super secretive hedge funds with insane outperformance based on a “secret recipe” that no normal person can explain. 👉🏅🏅👈 (And also the political donations such vehicles make.) As they say, if it’s too good to be true - it probably is. But there’s one more thing you need to consider: how this all fits into the dialogue about the seizure of Russian assets. We have had endless debate over $250bn of official Russian state assets. But based on this new insight - it’s likely the real sum of Russian assets held by Kremlin trading fronts or regime-controlled “business men” is many multiples of that sum. Problem is: to find all this we would have to throw open the offshore registers that obscure the beneficial ownership of all these entities. And since transparency works both ways that might risk exposing more than just Russian stealth black op wealth. The process could in theory (and I’m speculating here naturally) unmask our own counterintelligence black ops in markets too. In which case there would be a standoff. Perhaps why there’s been endless procrastination over opening the offshore registers. In that case I Wouldn’t be surprised if there’s way more to the deal than just the return of “Putin’s trader” (as CNBC describes Klyushin. Honest actors invested in markets should consider what the effect of mass exposure of such vehicles would do for valuations? Would there be rushed liquidations ahead of more entities being unmasked? Would there be an amnesty deal for the sake of stability of markets? I have no idea. But once you see the logic behind this information play you can’t unsee it. Can you?
Izabella Kaminska@izakaminska

🧵Aside from the headline news, today’s Russian prisoner swap seems to me to include a potentially involuntary limited hangout by the US. It pertains to the release of Vladislav Klyushin and what that suggests about how spies and spy agencies really fund themselves. The official line is that Klyushin was involved in “hack-to-trade” insider schemes. But why would that be of interest to the Kremlin? To understand, first watch this suspiciously well produced (given the turnaround time) CNBC mini doc about “Putin’s trader.” youtu.be/J4kWugbH4qo?si…

A couple of weeks ago, Thiel was asked whether he sold any of his Bitcoin. The fluency of his answer reflects the average volatility of crypto and cements his place as "Silicon Valley's most secretive man". His biography "The Contrarian" is worth a read. x.com/i/status/18097…
