It depends on the situation. I’ve noticed that some McDonald’s have dedicated staff who clean up right after customers finish eating. They will come over, throw away the trash, and wipe the tables clean promptly. There are also some well-mannered customers who will take their trays, throw away all the leftover trash by themselves after eating. We can’t make generalizations.
