Another first for me- Nightingale nest. The eggs are as beautiful and unique as the song of the adults. Details forwarded to the BTO NRS as always 👍🏻

@houndtrail I’ve noticed that myself mate around the Dark Peak. Numbers seem well down on previous years 🤔

Pipit numbers really down on the moor I watch. Two pair on eggs on a meadow that’s it! Female cuckoo came to my call last night. She might have to look further afield. New female this year 👍🏻

Gannets collecting fresh nesting material. Could do with some of these in the garden 🌿
