Staff said “Paaisa bachane agent se ticket leke yaha problem karte log” That was so insulting to my mother. I expected better standards with such a respected leader @RNTata2000 leading @airvistara

@airvistara Today Vistara refused to let my 70yr old mother board her flight from LHR in-spite of Vistara head office confirming to the agent @Trip that the ticket was open and my mother is eligible to travel on the same flight.Our experience has ben very stressful and unpleasant

@rajgopalsinghal @airvistara @Trip I had booked a two way ticket so that my elderly mother could travel back to India together with my brother. Since she was unable to take her flight from mumbai to London the airlines also cancelled her ticket from london to mumbai without our consent and or prior notification.
