It should mean that the National Assembly enjoys independence over its own programmes and work as long as it’s all within the law. And that the judiciary is free from undue political influence in its judgments and that it shouldn’t assume the government role.

We can't say cause a lawful process will potentially arrive at a similar end then an an unlawful process must not be set aside

@MbataneMatshaya The process of parliament is a process of parliament. The National Assembly does not have a standing impeachment committee, it will again be a voting/majority process which is lawful. Same outcome, we must come back here again? They are openly usurping powers of parliament work
