Great News! SB262 was signed into law! This bill increases the minimum sentence for individuals convicted of trafficking children in NH and will help hold the perpetrators of these horrendous crimes accountable. SB262 will take effect in January 2026. #NHPolitics

HB218 is headed to the Governor's Desk! This bill updates the NH’s Victims’ Bill of Rights to allow victims of crime to receive a copy of their police report for free. This will help eliminate a key barrier that many survivors face when seeking to access services. #NHPolitics
