Great News! SB262 was signed into law!
This bill increases the minimum sentence for individuals convicted of trafficking children in NH and will help hold the perpetrators of these horrendous crimes accountable. SB262 will take effect in January 2026. #NHPolitics

HB369 is headed to the Governor's Desk! This bill will help streamline court proceedings in cases involving child sexual assault victims. It also clarifies the deadline that sex offenders in NH must report their residence, employment, or schooling to law enforcement. #NHPolitics
