#SkeletonCrew and Andor are such perfect examples of what Star Wars can (and should) be. We can have a gritty sci-fi thriller with bureaucrat board meetings and highly political storytelling, but we can also watch a group of kids on their first big adventure. Both these stories have heart, both care about their characters and know who they are and both enrich the universe in their own ways. They show us new places, new people and factions, they show us different challenges people face and make us feel entirely different emotions that make this universe feel so much bigger.

I remember a month ago people were concerned about how the Skeleton Crew kids would be received. While I’m sure there’s some weirdos out there attacking kids because ‘woke’ I haven’t really seen it. Luckily they did a great job casting & the kids deliver great performances!
