@NHL needs to fight back against the ref association. Eliminate tenure. Introduce a ratings system. The last few years of refs have been an abomination. Weed out the bad ones. FIX THIS DISGRACE

One done by the owners, one by the players association and a third one by a third party company. The good refs stay, the bad can be loaned out to other leagues (relegated) Like every other job 🤷🏼‍♂️

It’s funny how talented the players are, but how awful the referees are. Is it that hard to find a decent one? Tenure has really caught up to the @NHL
