Wow. Today was an exciting new adventure! Neenah Forensics has hosted their first (virtual) tournament. We had limited entries, but we are so, so happy with how it all turned out. Thank you to all the support from @BrianWunderlich, @NeenahAD and our assistant coach- Dibble.

Took video of @laurenbarnes_2 for visual feedback. She didn't know I was interested in the audio. Anyone can log hrs in the gym. The special ones find ways to coach themselves through the process of improvement. Reps r just reps. The mind is the master of making them meaningful.
