We've heard a lot about quantitative data, and now we hear from @careopinion, who provide online patient feedback surveys to over 500 organisations across the UK. CEO James Munro explained the importance of this feedback for improving health and care services. #nhsquest2023

Brilliant presentation from @PressGaney on workforce experience. They gather data from a huge number of healthcare systems across the US to give incredibly valuable insights. #nhsquest2023

Great to hear from @LightfootSoln about the great work they have been doing with @WakefieldHCP, using whole-systen information as an enabler for change in integrated care. #nhsquest2023
