Aligning HEART with high-income industries is the right goal, but the real hurdle is institutional speed. Moving from a "holding facility" to a high-tech pipeline takes more than a policy shift. How do we ensure the execution actually matches the ambition? #Budget2026

Funding a budget gap with $15.6B in additional Treasury Bill borrowing is a risky pivot. Even more debt to cover recurrent costs could backslide fiscal stability. It’s a short-term fix that could create long-term headaches for our debt-to-GDP targets. #Budget2026
