The money to start that business (either a gas station or a motel) is provided via soft credits by our Government i.e. We the people's taxes. Below just the Indian H1Bs. If there had been any genuine belief that a sniper directly in front of him with a .30-06 rifle was about to fire, no one would have willingly remained anywhere near the intended target. Their proximity suggests an apparent confidence in the weapons delivery system they believed would be used or at the very least a belief that they themselves were not in danger. If, of course, the suspicions were warranted.

The city of Phoenix Arizona started a ‘Photo Safety Program.” They setup speed cameras that take a photo if you go 11 mph over the speed limit

The city outsourced the ticket program to a company called Verra Mobility
The private company handles basically everything, they
- Installing and operating the cameras
- Processing of the images
- They mail the notice
- They then go out and serve people who don’t respond their ticket
The private company Verra Mobility gets a base fee of about $3,000 per camera per month plus $20 for every ticket that gets paid
This creates a clear incentive to pursue collection aggressively

Four people ages 14 to 19, all from the suburbs, are dead after a pickup truck fled police three times early Sunday and launched off a Southwest Side viaduct in Chicago.
According to radio traffic, the encounters started about 90 minutes earlier in Morgan Park. Officers reported that someone in a Chevy pickup pointed a rifle at them near 112th and Bishop around 12:44 a.m. They tried to stop the truck.
The driver sped off and entered inbound I-57. As officers approached Halsted, a supervisor ordered the pursuit called off for safety reasons.
Video later shows the truck traveling at extreme speed as it sailed off the overpass, went airborne, and slammed into a stationary railroad boxcar on the tracks below. All four occupants were killed.

After the second day of court, both prosecutors appeared outside the courthouse with the state's star witness, Shire Jimale, who we were told couldn’t speak English and needed two translators. It was a miracle, he spoke English outside, no translator needed!
