🚨@TheAvatarNick Sent With Cease & Desist 🚨 @TheAvatarNick, a developer on Cardano who has kept up a carefully crafted persona online, has been hit with a Cease & Desist by @levvyfinance for various illegal acts they allege he committed and damages that they deem him liable for. The most serious violation being his blatant copying of Levvy Finance to build his own platform of which he describes as an "Aggregator" despite it clearly not being one. The similarities are blatantly striking and as a result, were causing various issues with the Levvy Platform since its launch. See Sparrky and Levvy's similarities below: From the logo design to the navbar, from the home page to the lending page; this has been a direct replica of Levvy designed to personally enrich Nick and exploit the Levvy platform for his additional personal gain. An aggregator aggregates amongst MULTIPLE protocols and has its own unique design - think Dex Hunter aggregating transactions across all Cardano DEXs. By definition, Nick is misleading the public by calling it an aggregator when it is essentially a replica of Levvy that is profiting off of directing traffic off Levvy onto Sparkky. It also offers its own lending on the platform that is operational because of the stolen source code. Nick utilized this carbon copy of Levvy to leverage himself into becoming a part owner of Levvy and to gain full control over the Levvy(.)Fi domain, attempting to exploit Levvy as they were burdened with various issues because of Nick's own very actions. Angel Finance tried to resolve this amicably in private with Nick to no avail unless they met his extremely unfair and exploitive demands given he is the causation of the very issues they faced due to Sparkky. Thus, it forced them no other option to send him a Cease & Desist and go public with these revelations. Nick has tried to maintain power over Levvy since it was sold by @the_ape_society, despite him having no ownership of the source code and the source code was explicitly stated to be closed source and not for reproduction/repurposing on other platforms when the sale occurred. Despites this, Nick has continued to exploit and sabotage the Angel Finance Team in the hopes he could acquire some stake or massive payout from Levvy. ⚠️Nick Stole 3,088 ADA From Levvy ⚠️ This is not the only allegation made against in the Cease & Desist, but by far the most serious of matters in terms of the damage it is causing Levvy as a result. It is my understanding Nick also committed criminal acts by embezzling a few thousand ADA from the Levvy Accumulation Wallets into his own personal wallet, only returning a portion of it after being confronted by the Angel Finance team. Keep in mind this was while Nick was demanding a minority stake in Levvy and ownership of the Levvy(.)Fi domain. Here are the two Levvy Fee Accumulation Wallets: 1.) Nick's Wallet: addr1q80ukhmvgtm498e3h6pwpe52whpdh98yy4qfwup5zqg7lqz75jq4yvpskgayj55xegdp30g5rfynax66r8vgn9fldndskl33sd Nick made various transactions from Official Levvy Wallets he had no right to access to steal thousands of ADA from these wallets into his own personal wallet. Stolen ADA TX Four: daae1ca65c7165ffafc78fa26a464be76f8262271773f5f66dfb663b57ad8b92 5.) Stolen ADA TX Five: 4e9f5d7b44725fbbe6ffc4159a4911ef7a8d7e94fb2caec5036c18b388d046f0 Once the team discovered missing fees from the wallets, they confronted him repeatedly until he finally obliged to send only HALF of the amount stolen in the TX listed below: 1.) Returned Funds TX: ae61f20c14640240a6928bc9fd6e50ecd26558368ae888dae1e78c8859616b1d In the Cease & Desist, Angel Finance has requested the remainder of the stolen funds also be returned. We'll update you if @TheAvatarNick returns those funds. 🚀Nick Promoted Memecoins For Liftoff🚀 Finally, since Nick's Liftoff launch, he has promoted many memecoins to attract volume to his platform that has become quite shameful behavior. When Liftoff launched, he did a Launch Party Space that promoted various memecoins such as $CULT. Furthermore, he shilled tokens like $LOLLI in his updates about SaturnSwap development, again in an attempt to drive further volume to his platform to profit off of. 🔴Nick Hurt Projects Who He Advised To List On His Saturn Swap DEX Platform🔴 Moreover, I've gotten reports in the past that @TheAvatarNick has guided projects to put LP onto his @SaturnSwapIO platform, providing them advice on how to set the LP up properly, only to then have the project's ADA LP drained from arbitrage traders because of the incorrect configurations advised by Nick to place. I'm keeping the names of these projects private for now and allowing them to come forward should they please given this situation is likely not ideal to be wrapped up in. The Cardano Times reviewed various text messages between the project founders and Nick before LP placement and can confirm these activities took place. 📄Writer's Opinion: 📄 I find it distasteful that a developer would take advantage of a project full of good people to develop an exact replica of their platform and disguise it as an aggregator. How can we as an ecosystem move forward if top developers will exploit projects for their own personal enrichment? This is a blatant copy of Levvy disguised as an "aggregator" to drive traffic to his site and profit from it. But the reality is that had @TheAvatarNick never stolen the souce code of Levvy, he would never have been able to create Sparkky to be operational with such speed before integration with other lending protocols. It's not only the actions of damaging Levvy by making a replica site; it's also the embezzlement of funds and the promotion of memecoins to personally enrich himself. Despite the aforementioned persona he crafted online; Nick has been working in the shadows to manipulate, deceive, and sabotage good actors in the space. These are good people getting hurt by these actions needlessly, and it has to stop.
