Officer escapes injury. A distracted truck driver struck a police car on a traffic assignment on the side of the highway early this morning. The truck driver struck over 50 cones, an arrow sign board, and the patrol car with lights on the officer was sitting in.

This weekend, Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Julio Cidron put on his uniform and went to work like he has countless times before — committed to protecting the people of Florida. Saturday was different. While on duty along the Dolphin Expressway, Trooper Cidron was violently attacked and stabbed multiple times while serving our community. In a matter of seconds, a routine day turned into a fight for survival. Thankfully, Trooper Cidron survived the attack. But the road ahead will not be easy. Trooper Cidron is not just a trooper — he is a husband and the father of a 2-year-old boy who depends on him. Because of the severity of his injuries, he will be out of work for a significant period of time while he recovers. Prayers needed🙏💙

We are devastated at the murder of Pennsylvania State Police Corporal Timothy O’Connor. The trooper was shot and killed in the line of duty Sunday night during a traffic stop. Corporal O’Connor age 40, leaves behind his wife and young daughter. @PSTA_1962

Our fallen American Heroes The four Army Reservists killed were Capt. Cody A. Khork age 35 of Lakeland, Florida, Sgt. Nicole M. Amor age 39 of White Bear Lake, Minnesota, Sgt. Declan J. Coady age 20 of Des Moines, Iowa and Noah L. Tietjens age 42 of Bellevue, Nebraska.

Our heartfelt condolences go out to the family and friends of Master Trooper Steven Perry, @NCSHP. He was killed in the line of duty. He was struck head-on by a wrong-way impaired driver.

Deputy Sheriff Derrick Bonham of the Weakley County Sheriff’s Office in Tennessee, was killed Friday. The 37 year old, married father of 3 children was investigating a shots fired call when he was ambushed. He served for two years and was an Army veteran. Pray for his family.

Our hearts go out to family and friends of @GwinnettPd Officer Senior Tamang who was shot and killed this morning. Ofc. Tamang was 25 years old and engaged to be married. He graduated the police academy May 2025. Ofc. Tamang and his partner were both shot by a career criminal.

It is a shame that the Attorney General's press release failed to acknowledge the professionalism of the members of the Clark Police Department. It was a simple factual statement that was glaringly missing from the Attorney General's statement today. 4/5

The New Jersey State PBA blasts the outrageous civil suit by the Attorney General. It is clear that, as Attorney General Matthew Platkin leaves office, he is trying to alter history. Today's actions by his office are said to be an examination of practices over 10 years. 1/5

15 years ago today, our entire State was shaken. Lakewood Police Officer Christopher Matlosz was assassinated on duty. Chris was a son, a fiancé, a friend, a teammate, and a great PBA member. His family, friends, and department remain in all our thoughts and prayers.

The @FopLodge27 @PA_FOP Special Services Trailer went to Delaware today to help our brothers and sisters at the funeral of fallen Trooper Snook. Huge event and served close to 1000 sandwiches and countless gallons of coffee. Also assisting were our brothers from the @NJSPBA.

Breaking - Officer Involved Shooting NJ State PBA President Peter Andreyev said, "We are aware of the horrific crime in Middlesex County tonight. All our members that were involved are being evaluated. Thank you to all who have reached to offer support."
