We have the power and we’re claiming it together. No Thrones. No Crowns. No Kings. What started in 2025 as a single day of defiance has grown into a nationwide movement, uniting communities from small towns to major cities in defense of our democracy. As families face rising costs and relentless attacks on services like healthcare and food assistance all while engaging in a war we did not as for, we refuse to stay silent. Today, we took to the streets across New Jersey, from Jersey City to Moorestown to Berlin, to stand up to our authoritarian government and say No Kings in America! A huge thank you to our leaders, partners, and activists who stood on the right side of history with us. We can’t win this fight alone. #NoKings

Your work really matters, but the value placed on it in the budget is ZERO!?! Guess those stories will go back to being untold. C’mon @GovSherrillNJ, save the Consortium!! The media in NJ has been hit hard enough and we are all less informed as a result.

I was at a journalism event 2 weeks ago where @GovSherrillNJ talked about how important independent media is in NJ. Sadly, she cut all state funding from the budget for the NJ Civic Info Consortium, which funds local media like @jerseyvindy. Please restore the $2.5 million.

Strong enforcement against housing discrimination work! A new Regional Plan Association report "Mapping New Jersey’s Growth Part II" finds that since 2015 New Jersey’s Mount Laurel doctrine has helped more than double multifamily housing permits. Compared to states without fair-share systems, NJ has seen more housing growth and slower cost increases, thereby proving equitable housing policy strengthens both supply and stability.
