the issue with allergies is you collect them throughout the day, they sit in your head while you sleep and clog you up so when you wake and stand, everything is congested. most will need medication to counter-act the different allergens, but each medication counters different allergies, so you need to mix and match to find the right combo. For bad allergies its best to get a panel done to see what you're allergic to and possibly have to get allergy shots to improve your life. unfortunately this isn't the answer you were looking for.
