@SpiritAirlines Canceled my flight. Sent me an email and Offered a refund if I chat to someone. been on hold 50 minutes to chat to get a refund for the flight you canceled. I should be reimbursed for my time waiting to chat to get my money back for a flight. You canceled

@SpiritAirlines kept us locked in a plane for 3 hours breathing chemicals, then refused hotel or help. We spent $1,500 extra and were left stranded. I’ve filed a complaint with @USDOT . This is unacceptable. #SpiritFail

@SpiritAirlines you've disappointed a lot of people tonight in Atlanta, but I'm sure it's nothing you aren't used too. But expenses are beyond just rebooking for us. This cancellation inconvenienced us, from airport parking at destinations, renting a car for rebooked flights
