This isn’t an error. We’re currently doing a one-time mass compliance enforcement as part of the V.2 rollout. Our old system only checked compliance when a payout was requested, which is exactly what led to payout denials. With V.2, compliance is now monitored in real time so users are notified immediately instead of waiting until payout. Out of 10,000+ active accounts, only a small percentage were affected. This is simply part of transitioning to the new system and is not related to copiers or a system issue. We’ve already tracked and verified everything, and the system is working as intended. The goal is simple: follow the rules, stay compliant, and get paid. V.2 removes the uncertainty of finding out there’s an issue only after requesting a payout.
