Nonsense. Average women lose about 30ccs of blood during their menstrual period. Unless a patient has chronic heavy menstrual bleeding (or other abnormalities) , there shouldn’t be a measurable drop in hemoglobin. Also, if you’re worried just check it?

@Caleb_is_fun No, it will not. Lifespan of hemoglobin/red blood cells is about 120 days. They get replaced whether we lose it or not.
