@TheIslander2023 The problem with social media is that you get comments and well frankly noise from blow hards who don’t actually know what they are talking about. They just want attention and to troll.

@TheIslander2023 Make people work? You see how well that works for mandating nurses right? It’s not appealing for recruiting or retention of current workers. You need to offer employees a work life balance. A huge problem here is patient population.

@TheIslander2023 How so? Well. When nearly 20% of patients either don’t show up or are too afraid to get in the MRI what do you think that does to waitlists? It’s nowhere near that high of an incomplete rate (due to patients) anywhere else in Canada.
