@LifesavingON I'd love to see @LifesavingON advocate for the swim instructor to be paid commensurate to training. But, no. Keep lowering the bar to keep supply of instructors up.

Don’t pay @LifesavingON execs over $100k when many of your members are earning minimum wage (and FOR SURE don’t ask the minimum wage members for donations!).

Why be upset at @LifesavingON ? I want @LifesavingON to do better for it’s MEMBERS. @LifesavingON is made up of members (those who hold and teach courses) and affiliates (corporations that “resell” courses). Decisions are often main favouring affiliates. Want examples?
