Today we gathered to honor the memory of the victims of the Holocaust & Bucharest pogrom. A painful reminder of the hatred and violent killing of Jews, Romani and others. We must work to not forget & prevent it from happening again. Standing against all forms of intolerance.

Together with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Dick Schoof @MinPres, we visited our troops at “Câmpia Turzii” Airbase. Romania and the Netherlands will continue close coordination to strengthen defence and deterrence on the Eastern Flank & Black Sea. This cooperation shows our strength, unity, and shared values. During this holiday season, we also thank our military for their service and commitment to keeping us safe.
