‼️ Message to 🇳🇱 citizens regarding Super Typhoon Ragasa 🇻🇳National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting warns for Super Typhoon Ragasa, which is expected to cause heavy winds, rainfall and flooding in Northern Vietnam from early Thursday morning Sep 25 onwards.
