So @TheRAC_UK is leaving my disabled dad waiting with his car for a pick up due between midnight and 2am - when he phoned around 8:30pm…how is that a thing?!

So @RAC_Care are just making my disabled dad wait in his car for up to nearly 6 hours (called around 9:30 pm - expected pick up midnight to 2am) how is that even a thing?!

Second night in a row where I’ve had no hot water or heating @eonenergyuk and no one is answering the emergency phone number….super helpful when people need to shower and it’s winter!
