What's going on, @caffeineai?
A few days ago, his project named civicreport.xyz won the caffeine.ai contest, and it was also the first project to receive a grant.
Even after all of this, he is not getting support from the Caffeine team.
What's going on? Is this how CaffeineAI will become huge?
Unfortunately, if this continues, people will stop using Caffeine and move their projects to another platform. This is just the beginning, and our customer support is already the worst.
Especially on Discord, if you look, there are plenty of issues being ignored by your team.

Hi Caffeine Support,
I’m requesting a full review of my account’s build history and a refund for all credits consumed on failed builds. Since starting on CaffeineAi as an Alpha user, I have experienced many failed or incomplete build attempts across multiple projects, including: • Raven News • Raven Sk8 Punks NFT Staking App • IC SPICY integrations • eXpresso Logistics and Other related Raven app experiments.
Because I do not have access to build timestamps, error logs, or credit usage information, I need your help to:
• List every failed build attempt on my account with project name and date
• Provide the total credits consumed by these failed builds
• Refund the credits used on unsuccessful builds
I have repeatedly run into infrastructure or build‑pipeline errors that prevented my projects from deploying correctly, so I believe a credit review and refund is appropriate and warranted.
