Newcastle has become a track at which you just can’t bet anymore. Used to be that the stands’ side favoured. Now it’s just a complete lottery from race to race - even looking at where the pace is drawn makes absolutely no correlation to how a race will be run 🤷🏼‍♂️

They looked like scoring every time they went inside the 20, especially down Bulls right-hand side…..but the last five minutes would have bee fascinating if it’d been 40-34 and not 40-28. The obstruction was miles away from ball!

Bradford are surely Super League's most entertaining team to watch as a neutral. Throw the ball around like the game is in its final seconds and they need a try at almost every opportunity and defensively suspect at the other end. Bags of fun if you're not emotionally invested

@johnhow41243052 @DanJamesRacing Yard have been saying for a while he relaxes better in his races now and needs stepping up in trip, so the 2m4f trip can’t have been ideal prior to the Ultima, either. He does need to improve his jumping, admittedly, but I also think the ‘ungenuine’ label many give him is unfair

Said ground wasn’t ideal. In Ultima, had a wide trip and covered more ground than anything. Johnnywho got first run on him

Up next is Jagwar at 12/1 🤔 Won the Plate at the Cheltenham Festival, 2nd in the Ultima. He runs as though the Grand National trip may well suit this horse and if his jumping can hold out could he be the one for Greenall and Guerriero?

Has had valid excuses every start at Cheltenham since - fitness/track posi, ground/track posi and then wide trip/track posi. Needs a clear sight of Nash fences

@ouijaboard00 @Shukes014 He doesn't jump regulation fences well enough and so gets too far behind. Aintree's obstacles should suit him better, strongly fancy him.
