Secretary Toulouse Oliver understands that recent national events have raised concerns among New Mexicans about potential intimidation at the polls. She joined @NewsHour yesterday to discuss new changes to state law that address potential federal election inference.

Yesterday, County Clerks began sending mailed ballots to voters who requested them for the 2026 Primary Election. Voters who are choosing to vote by mail can also choose to utilize Ballot Scout, our ballot tracking system. To sign up, complete the form at sos.nm.gov/trackmyballot
