Thanks to the @NNBeachRunners today for organising the 4 mile lap to Overstrand and back, followed by the famous Cromer Pier Boxing Day dip. First time in my 44 years I’ve had the courage to do it! 🥶🏊🏻 Great fun and the crowds loved it 👍

Easter Sunday's 5K run has become the “High 5 5K”. Many people last year gave ‘ high 5’s’ to friends, family & strangers when they completed each lap. This adds to the atmosphere, encourages the runners and is a lot of fun. Registration is now open now activefakenham.org.uk

Well done @RystonRunners for winning the Round Norfolk Relay on the weekend. This graphic shows how they clinched the win at the last leg. That last runner would have received a heroes welcome no doubt!
