“Meet the future doctors of America.” While I’m happy for them I’m curious about the apparent homogeneity of the group. I would expect to see more whites, Asians and Indians in the crowd given their academic performance. I’m not seeing this represented.

Well, I might as well share my Covid perspective openly. We now have a vaccine and excellent therapies. We should pay attention to trends. We should protect the vulnerable. But now - life should be lived.

@sjhurley95 I’m all for a Canadian city getting an NHL team but Saskatoon is on the very small side in a few areas. 273,000 citizens which is extremely small. No other NHL City has less than 2 million. Median income around 80,000, that’s low. The arena is small but could do. My 2 cents

@iamharaldur In the U.S., servers and bartenders can make as low as $2.14 an hour. Tips are not “extra” for doing a good job, tips are the payment for services. So if you refuse to tip, you are refusing to pay for services you already received.

A total of 376 law enforcement officers were at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde. 19 students and two educators were still shot dead. At Covenant Christian school, there were armed staff members on the premises. Three 9 year olds and 3 adults were still shot dead. Today there a was shooting at a bank in Louisville. A bank with armed guards. Four people were still shot dead and nine more, including two police officers, were injured. AR-15s were used in each of those horrific shootings. So tell me again how it is that “more guns” are the answer.
