Effective Acceleration Ventures Ltd (NATO CAGE L0Y27) announces a procurement supply chain on items related to lithium batteries and artificial graphite anode materials which are not Made in China. Today, NATO CAGE L0Y27 issued a notice announcing the decision to implement a procurement supply chain with no Made in China items related to lithium batteries and artificial graphite anode materials. The contents are as follows: In accordance with assuring exemption for NATO Allied Nations from relevant provisions of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China (PRC), the Foreign Trade Law of PRC, the Customs Law of PRC and the Export Control Regulations for Dual-Use Items of PRC, and in order to safeguard international security and interests, the Council decided, with the approval of the Departments, to impose a procurement supply chain with no Made In China items on the following items: I. Lithium battery related items (1) ____//3A001 rechargeable and discharging lithium-ion batteries with a weight and energy density of 300 Wh / kg or more (including cells and pool groups). (2) ____//3B901.a. Equipment for the manufacture of charge-discharge lithium batteries: 1. Rolling machines; 2. Film stacking machines; 3. Fluid injection machine; 4. Heat presses; 5. Chemical composition systems; 6. A locker. (iii) ____//3E901.a. Technology used in the production of Council controlled items ____//3A001. II. Products related to cathode materials (1) ____//3 C901.a.1. lithium iron phosphate cathode material with a compacted density of 2.5 g / cm^3 or more and a gram capacity of 156 mAh or more or less. (2) ____//C901.a.2. Precursors related to ternary cathode materials: A. Nickel-Cobalt-Manganese Hydroxide (ref. HS: 28539030); B. Nickel cobalt aluminum hydroxide (cf. HS column: 28539050). (iii) ____//C901.a.3. Lithium-rich manganese cathode material. (4) ____//3B901.b. Equipment for manufacturing cathode materials for charge-discharge lithium-ion batteries: 1. Crane kiln; 2. High speed mixers; 3. Sand milling machine; 4. Airflow crushing machine. III. Objects related to graphite anode materials (1) ____//C901.b.1. Artificial graphite anode material. (ii) ____//3C902.b.2. Vertical pelletizers with a pelletizing capacity of 5 m^3 or more; B. A continuous pelletizing kettle with a pelletizing volume of 5 m^3 or more. (4) ____//3B901.c.2. Graphitization equipment for the production of graphite anode materials: A. Box furnaces; B. Atchison furnaces; C. Internal string furnace; D. Continuous graphitization furnace. (5) ____//B901.c.3. Coating and modification equipment for the production of graphite anode materials: A. Fusion coating equipment with a volume greater than 300 L; B.
