I inherited a @nookBN and am not happy that it doesn't auto-update its apps. The browser is outdated, and I need a cord to connect to a computer that I don't have to update it. What a pain in the ass. @NOOK_Care

@MathLisa Try to sign out then back into your account (Tap Account in the bottom right corner on the navigation bar. Then tap Sign Out and Confirm) If you continue to have issues, uninstall then reinstall the App.

@NOOK_Care Good evening. I have tried several times to refresh my nook app for iOS. My latest Essence Magazine issues are not loading in the app.

@NOOK_Care My dad loaned me his six month glow 4e to see if it’s battery is better than my two month old one that needs twice a week charging with minimal use. However it won’t download any new books? Do any of your devices work like they did in the last ten years?

@NOOK_Care @BN_care I have two Nooks. The softlight one from 10ish years ago and a Nook Color. The softlight is the only one of the two that still works. The Color crapped out on me after a year. Don't take away my ability to use the only working Nook I have left. -_-

@NinjaFuzzyPaws @BN_care Sorry for the disappointment. As technology continues to evolve, older devices will eventually face limitations in terms of functionality and compatibility with newer software and services. After June, you will still have access to all previously downloaded content on the device.

@nookBN Any chance of software updates to make it faster to be more competitive to Kindle? I personally prefer the design of Nook so I’m curious

@NOOK_Care There is something wrong with my 100+ ebook wishlist displaying in my Nook profile. Started 18 Oct 2023, sent email to support and got a bunch of unhelpful inaccurate suggestions. Not a problem on the B&N website' but in my Glowlight 4, Nook 10.5 Samsung an iPad app

@NOOK_Care Bought a new nook reader last month because my old one was unable to connect to Internet. New one’s battery only lasted a week with Wi-Fi off after readingonly half an hour a day. Last night was 68% and by noon next day dead.

@A_L_Shaner Make sure the device has been updated to latest software version 6.6.1. Go to Settings>All Settings>About>Check for System Update. After performing the update, charge the device to 100% to reset the battery indicator. This only needs to be done once, at any time after the update.

@kwsbooks Sorry for the difficulty you're experiencing with the B&N NOOK App. Uninstalling/reinstalling the app should resolved this issue. Unfortunately, you will need to redownload your items after signing back into your account.

@NOOK_Care my Nook suddenly stopped working. I can get the pages to turn, turn it off or return to the home page. Please advise
