@stillawake @pipsjukebox I am guessing that these are floating reed beds @NOVAdada ? Maybe a way of getting pontoons attached to them for free? Trouble is, boats are diesel and have anti-fouling paint which kills marine life. Do they mix in close proximity?

@WeirdBristol @underfallyard It was part of an art project done in 2009 to celebrate the Harbour's 200th anniversary. The series of works was called 'Eleven Minutes' which was the time difference between London and Bristol in 1809. There were eleven installations! @NOVAdada
