@coldcoldstreets im lucky i think at my show there was barely any audience screaming or laughing at throwaway lines, as far as i could hear there was only one particular individual who kept reacting to the reference lines while the rest of the audience stayed quiet, annoying but not too bad

i am trying to be so normal about the wild screams and long applause for throwaway lines or refs but when a friend who hasn’t seen guy can’t understand the show or the scene can’t progress bc of it… keeping my silence

@rancildasfacade @kepneram3lia literally 😭 also i feel like id rather watch a unique musical than one that follows the same cliches and/or tropes as alot of other musicals do, like I'd rather watch an alien invasion with a tragedy ending than another pure romance with some murder
