Today, and always, we honor the brave men and women of our Armed Forces who gave their lives in defense of our nation. Their courage and selfless service secured freedoms we must never take for granted. We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is here! While today may include barbecues, road trips, and trips to the lake, it also marks the start of the “100 Deadliest Days” for teen drivers. Before teens hit the road this summer, talk with them about safe driving habits. One safe decision can save a life.

They gave everything in service to our country and generations of Americans. Some recent, others of the distant past. All heroes. On Memorial Day, we honor the sacrifice made by our nation’s heroes over our 250 years. May their names and memory live forever.

Heads Up - storms are popping up to our south. There is potential these storms could push north to the southern end of the county. Be very weather aware for the next several hours and ensure you have multiple ways to receive warnings!

NDOT HSO has awarded funding to 43 law enforcement agencies across the state for the Make It Click seat belt enforcement campaign. From May 15-31, officers will conduct high-visibility enforcement to help increase seat belt use and reduce crashes on Nebraska roadways.
