Firefighters from the #RFS and FRNSW remain on scene at a multi-vehicle accident near Bowman Rd, Londonderry. The incident involved a truck carrying a large quantity of LPG, which ignited & spread to nearby grass. Thankfully both the truck and grass fire have been extinguished.

Firefighters are taking advantage of favourable conditions to carry out the Burralow Creek HR in Hawkesbury. Smoke is forecast to settle in low lying areas of Western Sydney overnight, trapped under an inversion. Showers tomorrow are expected to assist clearing this smoke. #RFS

The Powerline Trail HR continues, with crews working in the Mt Colah area. Smoke will be visible to motorists travelling on the M1. Smoke is affecting the local area & Parramatta. Overnight, it is expected to drift towards the city & the Northern Beaches before lifting tomorrow.
