@NSkorch @Wolfie_2323 @Huni_Bunnii_ Just to correct you they don't die instantly their heart is replaced by the red ring. There have been a few Red Lanterns who have taken their ring off without dying. But it's reliant on Blue Lanterns, Extreme Hope or a biology where you don't die from missing a heart immediately.

Random but I want to ask my fiery friends, how did you learn MTG? Who taught you?

@Huni_Bunnii_ @Wolfie_2323 Also, there are a few others occasionally, but these are the main ones. As for Red Lanterns, as stated, it draws power from your blood, hence why you die if it ever comes off. Only a Blue Lantern can (sometimes, continuity depending) undo that. But it’s rare.

@Wolfie_2323 @Huni_Bunnii_ TLDR. Red Lanterns are fuelled by rage. Dex-Star here had his owner murdered after she took him in form the street and he was going to be killed. His fury made him chosen to be a red lantern. Which is not a good thing. You can’t take the ring off without dying instantly.

@Huni_Bunnii_ Okay, bear with me because GL isn’t my expertise, but the different Lantern Rings have colour coded abilities. Green is willpower, Yellow is fear etc etc. Red Rings are rage powered. The rings choose the user, and this ring chose that cat.

Idk. It’s not bad. But kids deserve a good Mario film. Still not a bad movie. Fun, but nothing memorable.

@BeAfraid_Movies Admittedly disappointing overall, the kills, surprisingly likeable characters and damn good final fight redeem the movie. Plus, the concept is really cool, I wish future NOES films (if they happen) toy with the idea of ‘forgetting’ Freddy (again. I know the old ones did too)

@ILoveToTalkFilm This is why I’ve never bought into 4K. Sure the audio and picture is better (sometimes) but they want 50$ for one movie. You can buy a season or two (sometimes an entire series) on blu ray for that much. No film is worth 50$ out the gate.

$50 for a 4K? Not a special edition, steelbook, etc. I'm worried that working-class people like myself will soon be priced out of the market. It's becoming harder and harder to afford new releases.

Legitimately, was sitting there thinking ‘This is the least Tarantino film Tarantino’s ever made.’ Then this happened. ‘…never mind!’ Loved it.
