Another major progress! Now we have SMP working (4 cores only as of now, but still a massive performance improvement!)

Problem solved! Now we can see all the partitions and write to them! Will add some safeguards so that we don't make catastrophic mistakes with the disk😆

Major progress towards usability: the touchscreen now works like a normal 10-points screen, and we even have an OSK which is quite usable!
Next stop: the UFS Windows driver!
