At LHS we believe that if you’re going thru your own version of mental wellness turning into mental hell-ness, the most important thing you can do is talk to somebody. It can’t be fixed if you keep that pain inside. Having the courage to talk to someone is your superpower.

Today I received my 2nd Masters in Clinical Counseling (Moravian U.) As a 1st generation immigrant, I honor the vision of my parents in front of my first formal school William Penn Elementary & our first residence in N. New St. both a block away from Moravian’s campus. #TGBTG
