We are disgusted by racist abuse received by Joe Willock on Instagram on Sunday evening. Following our win over Crystal Palace, Joe received several direct messages from an Instagram account that included racial slurs and deeply disturbing threats of violence towards Joe and his family. Sadly, Joe has faced this before. Each time, we have acted quickly to support him and that has been our immediate priority again. We have swiftly reported this matter to the police and we will fully support any investigation to identify the person responsible and hold them accountable, wherever they are. This can only happen with meaningful action from Meta, Instagram's owners. We urge Meta to give the police all the information they need to identify the perpetrator, and to do so quickly. Removing content and applying message filters is not enough. Social media companies must do more to protect users and support the prosecution of those who seek to break the law on their platforms. We stand firmly with Joe and anyone else who faces this kind of abuse.

🚨Update 🚨 We have been in communication with the club today regarding the blocking of accounts trying to purchase tickets in the Forest resale. The club have confirmed they are trying to make a concerted effort to prevent tickets from reaching third party sites. To ensure genuine fans are accessing tickets they have rules in place that flag up and identify suspicious online behaviour. Flagged accounts have ticket purchase permissions restricted. To avoid being flagged as a suspicious account in the future fans should: Log in once, with one supporter number and on one device only. Don’t use the same supporter number to try and buy tickets on multiple different devices. Anyone who has been in touch with the club should now have had the block removed so they will now be able to purchase for tomorrow’s members sale. If you experience any issues or have further questions, please email supporter.services@nufc.co.uk

🚨 Carabao Cup Scheme If you have enrolled in the scheme, but haven’t had payment come out for the Bradford game yet, then please check your ticketing account for the tab ‘reservations’ (if you have a ticket to claim it should show where it says ‘welcome’, ‘tickets’ etc in the screenshot below) If you can see the ticket in there you should be able to confirm the reservation and complete as you would a normal purchase.

Last Friday we met with Martyn Henderson (Interim Independent Football Regulator) - full details below 👇🏼 #NUFC nufctrust.co.uk/news/nust-meet…
