All retail locations are operating at optimal inventory levels, third-party wholesale supply has resumed, and over 75% of cultivation facilities are back in full production, providing a strong platform for 2026. We are actively pursuing strategic acquisition opportunities as part of Kaya’s expansion across Jamaica and our continued growth strategy. Management remains enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead and the value they may create for the Company and its stakeholders.
