Why are you looking at it like that? 😭 Pochita realized that Denji wouldn’t be able to live a normal or real life if he’s chainsaw man bc ppl and high devils will come after him and his love ones. It wasn’t for nothing. It was for Denji to have good life where he’s not alone, where he has Power by his side and him and power are okay just like Aki wanted in Part 1.

- Makima obsession of controlling the Chainsaw Man and using him as her personal weapon while wanting to keep Pochita heart is what drives her motives in Part 1, without Pochita, she has no motive. We would have to assume that she either died and got to live normal life as Nayuta or Nayuta simply exist as her own and not Makima. - CSM Part 2 has shown that humans can make something without a devil for it existing. But I feel more that Pochita sacrificed himself to be Denji heart made a world where it could exist without the chainsaw man. - it’s because he ate himself, like or not. None of those things would occur if he doesn’t physically exist either. That’s why WW2 would occur bc without Pochita, WW2 would happened then the Cold War would happened which would lead to the Soviet Union collapsing which Reze probably wouldn’t be an assassin for the USSR but instead would live an normal life maybe. Part 2 showed us that Pochita existence is more harm than good to the life, so removing Pochita would reset us to a world without Chainsawman. Like Finn from Farmworld (Adventure Time) when the Mushroom War never happened which created an alternate reality timeline.

So there’s about several unanswered questions but here are some important ones - Since Chainsaw Man made a whole restart, Power comes back which leads me to a question (how the fuck did her original form come back that defeats the purpose of Chapter 91) and if she can come back where the fuck is Aki? - Whatever happened to Yoru? After the whole restart, she probably doesn’t have a purpose fight anything anymore now that Pochita erased himself - as for the other characters, since with the huge restart, Are they alive in this new world? And since without chainsaw man, where the hell are they at, For my guess Kishibe is probably still alive somewhere No idea where Reze but it’s most likely she somewhere in the USSR, hidden in place. There are more question I need answers from, but if you have some leave them down below.

One of the things that doesnt make sense about csm ending is that Pochita's power doesn't work like that, he doesn't retroactively create a universe where something doesn't exist, what he eats simply CEASES to exist and is forgotten, it happens in the same timeline.

It’s mainly bc history would play out the same way as it does in real life, WW2 devil didn’t get eaten, WW2 would still happen, it would lead into the Cold War between US & USSR which lead to USSR collapses, which lead to Russia. I’ll believe that things went differently for Reze wit Russia than USSR.
