@NVogt 15 weeks (only my first) but I can’t imagine not playing again even though I’ll hit 40yo by the time I’m cleared. I thought about hanging it up and going back to coaching but I still have the 🔥. Would highly recommend coaching for your consideration.

Today marks 6 months post-op. It’s been a slower recovery than the first time around, as they told me it would be. Im okay with that, though. I don’t think I’m going to play ultimate anymore. I am still very interested in the sport, so I’ve been thinking of ways to stay involved.

Checking through some box scores from last night, both Bron and Gobert had 0 rebounds. For an entire game. I wonder when the last time that happened was.

If it works, it could be a cool way to get to know players at different levels, different divisions and different backgrounds. But we’ll see. Just an idea that’s been floating around in my head as I reconcile with the idea of no longer playing.

Who knows if I’ll actually do it or not. If I do it, it won’t be for another few months at least, as the season approaches. It would be entirely dependent on the interest level of players/coaches and the community in general.
