#NWCNewstream | UPDATE | Customers in Crescent, Fontabelle, Jacks River, continue to experience water supply disruption due to a blockage along the distribution network, that require pipeline replacement. Normal operations is estimated to resume at by Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

#NWCNewstream | Residents and motorists in Mason Hall, are being advised that the National Water Commission will be carrying out new pipeline installation works along a section of the Mason Hall main road, St. Mary, between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.

Other affected areas include: Skyline Drive, Mountain Spring, Scott Level Rd, Peter`s Log The issues are reported to the public power service provider and water supply will resume as soon as the facility is operational.

#NWCNewstream | NWC customers from Jacks Hill Road and surrounding areas water supply is currently disrupted due to JPS irregular power supply issues affecting operations at the Jubba Spring Water Facility.

Other affected areas include: Parry Town, Snow Hill and surroundings. The NWC regrets any inconvenience this disruption may cause and appreciates the patience and understanding of its valued customers.

#NWCNewstream | Customers in Pimento Walk and environs are currently experiencing a water supply disruption due to leak repairs on a section of the piping network. The Company estimates restoration of regular water supply by late this evening Thursday March 19, 2026.

Affected areas include: Grange Hill, Little London, Bay Rode and New Hope NWC regrets any inconvenience caused and craves the patience and understanding of its valued customers.

#NWCNewstream | Water supply to customers in Grange Hill, Little London and environs in Westmoreland served by the Bulstrode Treatment Plant is being impacted due to high turbidity affecting the facility. The water supply will be restored when the turbidity subsides..

#NWCNewstream | Customers in Pottinger Spring, in St. Mary, are advised that their water supply disruption is due to an operational equipment issue at the Pottinger Spring facility. The NWC is conducting assessment to determine the earliest possible restoration time.

#NWCNewstream | Customers in sections of Kemps Hill, Race Course and surrounding areas, in Clarendon are experiencing a water supply disruption due to a broken main along the distribution network. See full release:

#NWCNewstream | Customers in Rollington Town, Windward Road, and surrounding areas can expect the restoration of their regular water supply on or before Friday, March 20, 2026, following an electro-mechanical fault. In the meantime, the company will continue to truck water .
