Thank you to our trainer, Annie Putnam, of NovaCare Rehabilitation for everything you do to keep our athletes healthy at Northwest High School.

Congratulations to the wrestlers who qualified for the next round. Girls' meet is on 3/8 at Harrison HS. Boys' meet is on 3/6 at Kettering Fairmont HS.

If I were in the Class of 2027 & 2028 right now, I’d leave every workout, lift, speed session, and skill training with zero regrets — knowing I emptied the tank. When May showcases hit and college coaches are watching… When June camps roll around and scholarships are on the line… When you put your hand in the dirt, you better know you did everything to prepare for that moment. 40 time. Shuttle. One-on-ones vs a D1 player. You might only get one real shot to be your best. No regrets.

Whoever gets him will have a TRUE LEADER & BIG TIME PLAY MAKER!!
