- There is a Marginal Risk of flash flooding over east-central and southeastern NM on Tue. - A brief pattern change during the middle part of the week is expected to bring elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions to western NM by Thursday. #nmwx

Radar Update: Precipitation is mostly showery in central and western NM, with storms focusing along and east of the central mountain chain. There is a low risk of strong wind gusts and flash flooding in southeastern NM this evening. #NMwx

Widespread rain remains on tap today through Tues. Though most rain will be beneficial, concern exists for flash flooding on burn scars across Lincoln County both today and Tues. Dry and breezy conditions return Wed and Thu across western and portions of central NM. #nmwx

A pattern change toward increasing moisture with numerous showers and storms will occur Monday and Tuesday. Most folks will pick up rainfall amounts >0.25" but eastern NM will have the highest chances for amounts >0.50". #nmwx
