The wet pattern continues with "rinse and repeat" showers and thunderstorms expanding across the area this afternoon and evening. A flood watch is in effect for much of north and central Georgia. Rain rates may exceed 2-3" per hour. #gawx

@Brady_Wx Thanks Andrew! That definitely looks like it could be one or even two (right at end of video) weak tornadoes. There were some weak shallow velocity couplets at that time. Seeing another one SE of Dallas at the moment.

@NWSAtlanta possible funnel/tornado earlier around 6:45pm W of Dallas GA. Really rough from that range to discern tornado vs funnel, but I’m leaning that direction over scud. Seems to have ground contact in the video, which could make me lean tornado. I’ve sent this around to some other mets/chasers and the general consensus is likely brief tornado. x.com/brady_wx/statu…
